Cancellation Policy – Fixora Appliance Repair

To ensure efficient scheduling and timely service for all customers, we require adequate notice for appointment cancellations.

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

Cancellations must be confirmed with a live team member.

We do not process appointment cancellations outside of regular business hours.

Please do not leave a voicemail for cancellation requests, as voicemails regarding cancellations are not monitored after hours.

For any changes or cancellations, you must contact us during regular business hours.

For same-day bookings, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

If cancellation guidelines are not followed, a service call fee will apply:

Payment for missed or late cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the original appointment time.

Regular cancellation hours:

Monday to Sunday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Business hours may vary on holidays or due to operational adjustments.
