Spark Service PRO Cancellation Policy

To ensure efficient service and scheduling, please cancel appointments at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

How to Cancel:

During Business Hours: Contact us by phone at 437-449-8899 to confirm your cancellation directly with a team member.
After Hours: “Please note that we do not process appointment cancellations after business hours. Kindly refrain from leaving a voicemail regarding cancellations, as it will not be monitored. For any changes, please contact us during regular business hours. Thank you!”
Same-Day Appointments:

For same-day bookings, cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the appointment time.

Missed or Late Cancellations:

If cancellation guidelines are not followed, a call fee will apply:

Payments for missed or late cancellations are due within 24 hours of the original appointment.
