Refund Policy – Fixora Appliance Repair
This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued. By agreeing to our Terms & Conditions, customers of Fixora Appliance Repair acknowledge and accept the policies outlined below.
The agreement between the client named in the estimate or order and Fixora Appliance Repair (the “Company”) is governed by these Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”).
Please read this policy carefully before using our services.
Diagnostic Refund Policy
The diagnostic (service call) fee is non-refundable.
Fixora Appliance Repair performs diagnostic services to assess the condition of your appliance and determine whether repair is possible. Appliances may be deemed irreparable due to:
-
Heavy wear and tear
-
Improper use
-
External damage
-
Manufacturer limitations
If the customer chooses to proceed with the recommended repair, the technician call fee will be waived.
By requesting diagnostic service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Cancellation of Ordered Parts
In some cases, replacement parts must be ordered to complete your repair.
If you request cancellation after the technician has placed the order:
-
30% of the part cost will be withheld
-
$30 shipping and handling fee will apply
-
The diagnostic fee will be deducted from your deposit
These fees cover supplier cancellation charges and administrative costs.
Orders may be cancelled without penalty within 15 minutes of the technician placing the order.
By requesting parts, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Repairs Completed More Than 30 Days Ago
Fixora Appliance Repair provides a 30-day warranty on repairs.
If more than 30 days have passed since the repair was completed, the warranty period has expired, and no refund will be issued.
If additional service is required, a new appointment must be scheduled.
Misdiagnosis
If you believe that Fixora Appliance Repair made an incorrect diagnosis, you must:
-
Retain your original service receipt
-
Provide an invoice from another licensed company showing a different diagnosis
-
Provide receipts for any replacement parts purchased
Once all documentation is reviewed and a misdiagnosis is confirmed, we will initiate the refund process as appropriate.
Labour Refund Policy
Once repair work is completed and confirmed functional by both the technician and customer:
-
The repair is considered finalized
-
An invoice is issued
-
Warranty coverage begins
Labour fees are non-refundable once the repair has been completed and confirmed.
If the appliance later malfunctions due to the same issue, the 30-day warranty applies.
Rejection of Warranty Service
If a customer refuses a warranty service visit and instead reports a similar or related issue:
-
No refund will be issued
-
Labour costs remain non-refundable
-
Parts installed remain non-refundable
This policy exists because we cannot verify whether the issue is related to the original repair.

Fixora Appliance Repair will make reasonable efforts to source required parts or suitable replacements.
However:
-
Some parts may be discontinued
-
Availability may be limited
-
Replacement costs may be unreasonable
In such cases, we are not responsible for replacing the appliance.
